ALL PROPERLY COMPLETED RENTAL PAPERWORK MUST BE RETURNED NO LATER THAN 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE EVENT. WE MUST HAVE A SIGNED RENTAL AGREEMENT AND SECURITY DEPOSIT BEFORE YOUR REQUESTED DATE CAN BE SECURED AND THE SECURITY FORM 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO EVENT, IF REQUIRED. IF WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED THESE ITEMS, YOUR DATE COULD POSSIBLY GO TO SOMEONE ELSE. BEREAVEMENT EVENTS WILL BE AN EXCEPTION TO THE 2 WEEK RULE.

RENT INCLUDES ALL SETUP AND CLEANUP TIME, NO EXCEPTIONS. ANYTHING IN EXCESS OF TIME PAID FOR PER ABOVE RATES WILL BE CHARGED BY THE HOUR.
RENT MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE RENTER WILL RECEIVE A KEY AND HAVE ACCESS TO THE VENUE.
Bereavement Dinner – 3 hr./$200.00 (meal after funeral only)
(After 3 hrs. price will go to schedule)
Boy Scouts (Community Organization) – 1st hr. - free for ceremony, 2nd hr. - $60, 3rd hr. - $90, - over 3hrs. goes to schedule
Our hours start at 8 am and end at midnight. After 10 pm, it is considered "quiet time" for our neighbors. No loud noises will be permitted (noise that can be heard outside the building) or if the Sheriff Dept. is called for your actions, you will lose your security deposit and will vacate the building immediately. Rental fee must be paid prior to receiving the key for the facility for you
Security deposit is $250 if no alcohol will be consumed or $500 if alcohol will be consumed. The security deposit will be deposited in our bank upon receipt. We must receive the deposit to reserve the date accompanied by rental agreement. All or part of the deposit will be forfeited if the building is not cleaned to the satisfaction of the Tabernacle rental representative as per the rental agreement. A refund will be mailed to you within a week of the end of your rental.
